I also tried the shorter straw in a can of soda, which I have decided was the best idea I have ever had. I like to drink everything with a straw, but putting a regular straw into a can of soda, is basically impossible! It just floats out! But, because these straws are glass, they are much heavier than your average plastic straw, they do not float out of the soda can.

I have been hearing a lot more hype about glass straws lately. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, because I will admit, I was pretty happy with my regular straws. It didn't know if these would be easy to drink out of, or it they would be too big, or too small.
After I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised with these straws. I drink a lot of ice water in the summertime, and always with a straw. I decided to try these out the day that I received them, and I have to say, the hole was not too large, or too small. I was able to easily drink out of it without getting too much or too little beverage.
