Cleopatra's Choice Pure Shea Butter Review

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experiences may differ

I was sent Cleopatra's Choice 100% Pure African Shea Butter to review. Shea butter is rich in vitamins (like Vitamins A, E, and F) which makes this the perfect skincare product. It is even great for dry skin, psoriasis, eczema, stretch marks, and acne. You can use this product as-is, or even make lotions out of it etc.

I chose to use Cleopatra's Choice Shea Butter to make homemade lye soap with. My mom helped me make the soap - she has made her own soap for several years now. This product was easy to work with - it is nice and smooth. I absolutely love how this pure shea butter made the soap turn out. It leaves your skin feeling silky smooth and rejuvenated. This shea butter is awesome for your skin - and using it in my soap is great because store bought soaps are many times full of harsh chemicals that can leave your skin feeling dried out. This shea butter does not clog pores AND it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and beautiful!

Australian Tea Tree Oil Review

Disclaimer: I received these items in exchange for an honest review. I was not required to post a positive review. These are my honest opinions. Your experiences may differ

I was sent Apothecary Extracts' 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil from EatGreenTea. Tea tree oil has many uses, which includes fighting acne, fleas, cold sores etc. - the natural way. You can even make lotion, shampoo, and toothpaste with it! Personally, I used this tea tree oil to make soap with.

My mom helped me make the soap - she has been making homemade lye soap for years now. She recommended we use "lemongrass" essential oils with it, and I could not be happier with that decision! This tea tree oil has such a great scent that paired perfect with the lemongrass. This 100% Australian Tea Tree Oil does not have an overpowering scent like some of the tea tree oils I have used before, which is a big plus!

I love this tea tree oil! It is not too harsh on my skin AND it has natural healing and cleansing properties. I give Apothecary Extracts' 100% Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil two thumbs up!

Barbara's Cookie Pies - Apple Caramel

Barbara's Cookie Pies was kind enough to send me another cookie pie to review - this time Apple Caramel!

I was very excited to review this pie - I love caramel apples! I was not disappointed. Barbara's signature butter cookie crust is THE BEST crust I have ever had! It has a light sweet flavor that adds to the taste of the whole dish. The combination of dried apple slices, caramel, and pecans makes this a sweet treat anyone would love - better than any pie I have ever bought at the grocery store! This definitely has a "homemade" taste to it. As you can see, even my cat wanted a taste.

Barbara's Apple Caramel Cookie Pie would make a great gift - perfect for a graduation or birthday present. This pie tastes like heaven when it is warmed up and served with ice cream. I give this product an A+
