Take 1 tablet daily

I love that these tablets smell wonderful - but I love even more that they TASTE wonderful! I must say, it is difficult to take just one. They are peach-flavored and do not have that typical "vitamin" taste. These tablets dissolve usually within a minute, and oh what a delicious minute that is. I love that I feel like I am having a piece of candy, but I am actually doing something good for my health!

A huge bottle - you get your money's worth!

I was sent Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM to review by Number One Nutrition. This is the second product of their's I have used and I must say, I was not disappointed! Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM is a perfect supplement for those who suffer from joint pain, stiffness, and popping etc. If your joints give you trouble when you go to exercise, then you should consider taking Glucoasmin Chondroitin MSM from Number One Nutrition.

Take 3 a day, with meals

Personally, I take this product because my joints do give me trouble. My knees like to make a popping sound when I climb stairs etc. Also, I was hoping that this product might help with my tendinitis - Glucosamine is responsible for building things like cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. Chondroitin helps with flexibility and MSM is also essential for healthy joints.

Pills are not too large, and are easy to swallow

This product makes me feel young again! Haha, okay, I am only 22 years old. But anyone can have joint troubles (most people do, eventually). I recommend this product 100% - you cannot go wrong with Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM. I believe this supplement is essential to a healthy lifestyle.

I was sent to review Number One Probiotic. This is a dietary supplement that supports digestive and immune system health. You take two capsules with a meal each day.

I have frequent stomach aches (due to acid indigestion etc) and I will try almost any product to relieve my pain. I must say, this product has helped! I take it along with my medicine made especially for acid problems. Since I added Advanced Probiotic to my diet, I have had less stomach pains - and it just makes me feel better about my health in general. The pills are not too large and they are easy to swallow. I give this product two thumbs up!
